When you explicitly submit a "Hire a Pro" request, your contact information and project details are transmitted to our lead distribution partners including eLocal, Service Direct, and Networx for the sole purpose of connecting you with licensed home service contractors. By submitting a pro request, you consent to this transmission and acknowledge that these partners have their own privacy policies governing their use of your data.
4.2 Service Providers
We engage trusted third-party service providers who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality obligations:
- Google Firebase: Authentication, cloud database, analytics
- RevenueCat: Subscription management and in-app purchase processing

Advertising and Tracking
5.1 Advertising Networks
We use Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, and Unity Ads to display advertisements. These networks may use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to serve personalized ads based on your interests.
5.2 App Tracking Transparency (iOS)
In compliance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework, we will request your permission before tracking your activity across apps and websites. If you decline, we will still show ads but they will not be personalized. Your choice does not affect your ability to use the App.

You may limit ad tracking at any time:
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable SpotFix AI
- Ad Preferences: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising → disable Personalized Ads

Reward Ads & In-App Balance
6.1 How Reward Ads Work
SpotFix AI offers optional rewarded video advertisements ("Reward Ads") that allow free-tier users to earn in-app credits ("Balance") by voluntarily watching advertisements. This feature is available exclusively to users on the free (non-premium) plan.
6.2 Non-Redeemable Balance
Important: The balance earned from watching Reward Ads is strictly an in-app credit. It has NO cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or any other form of monetary compensation, and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside of the App.
The in-app balance may only be used to unlock specific free-tier features within SpotFix AI, such as additional repair scans or temporary access to certain tools. The balance cannot be used to purchase premium subscriptions or premium-only features.
6.3 Balance Expiration & Forfeiture
- In-app balance may expire after a period of inactivity as determined by us
- Balance is forfeited upon account deletion
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Reward Ads program at any time without notice
- We reserve the right to reset or revoke balance in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service
6.4 Premium Users
Users with an active premium subscription (monthly or yearly) do not see Reward Ads and do not accumulate in-app balance through this feature. Premium users have full access to all features without the need for Reward Ad credits.

Urban SVC LLC is not liable for any injury, property damage, or loss resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, URBAN SVC LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOST PROFITS, OR DATA LOSS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP OR RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT, REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS, OR PROFESSIONAL REFERRALS PROVIDED THROUGH THE APP.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Urban SVC LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of this Privacy Policy, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from this policy shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, on an individual basis (no class actions).
